No Sew Valance--Decorating Made Easy!

I've had several comments and requests on how I made the valance for my long wall of windows for my classroom.

First I purchased 3M Hooks and bandannas from Hobby Lobby.  Love that store!!

Then, my helpers and I tied the corners together like this!

A little ingenuity, a very tall person and a ladder, and WALLAH! my 'swag valance' was up and in place!
